React Developer — Tuticorin R&D Hub

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented React Developer to engineer clean, responsive, and maintainable user interfaces for enterprise business platforms and SaaS dashboards.

Department: Engineering | Experience: 1 - 4 Years | Location: Pearl Plaza, Tuticorin (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reusable, modular React components following modern best practices (Hooks, Context, State machines)
• Translate Figma UI/UX designs into pixel-accurate, high-performance web pages
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data states
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser reliability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to our internal design system component library

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Solid proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and modern CSS3
• Hands-on experience with state management, React Router, and REST API consumption
• Clear understanding of responsive design principles and browser rendering optimizations
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative branching workflows
• Strong problem-solving attitude and genuine enthusiasm for building software that real businesses use
