Role Overview

Ensure the highest standards of software stability, data accuracy, and user experience across all deployed client solutions.

Department: Quality Assurance | Experience: 1 - 3 Years | Location: Pearl Plaza, Tuticorin (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive test cases covering positive, negative, and edge scenario paths
• Execute functional testing, cross-browser compatibility testing, and mobile responsiveness audits
• Validate complex transactional logic including GST calculations, invoice summaries, and ledger entries
• Log detailed bug reports with step-by-step reproduction instructions and screenshots
• Collaborate with development teams to verify bug fixes and regression test releases

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications and business systems
• Strong analytical mindset with sharp eye for edge cases and layout discrepancies
• Basic understanding of SQL queries for database verification
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test documentation methods
• Methodical documentation skills and dedication to software quality
