UI/UX Designer — Tuticorin R&D Hub

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive user journeys, design systems, and functional interfaces for healthcare, logistics, and retail platforms.

Department: Product Design | Experience: 1 - 4 Years | Location: Pearl Plaza, Tuticorin (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Establish and evolve consistent design systems, color palettes, and typography tokens
• Conduct user research and map operational bottlenecks to simplify complex multi-step workflows
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers during UI implementation and QA sign-offs
• Design marketing assets, presentation decks, and product showcase graphics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated portfolio of web application, dashboard, or mobile interface designs
• Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, interactive prototyping, variables)
• Understanding of human-computer interaction, visual hierarchy, and information architecture
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and technical constraints
• Excellent communication and ability to articulate design decisions
