1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to My Global, the enterprise operations management and field service mobile application. This application is developed and published by Logic Technologies (a software company based in Tuticorin) on behalf of our client, Global Technologgy (a water purifier sales and service management company based in Kovilpatti).

This application is designed strictly for internal business operations and is used exclusively by authorized personnel, field technicians, and sales representatives of Global Technologgy. It is not intended for general public usage. Access is restricted to pre-registered personnel whose devices and accounts have been provisioned by system administrators.

Note: Since user accounts are pre-created by the company administration, there is no self-service sign-up or account creation available within the mobile app.

2. Information We Collect & How We Use It

To facilitate operational workflows, print customer receipts, and verify field services, the app collects and processes the following data:

Precise Location (GPS) Foreground Only

Coordinates scan occurs strictly when a technician uploads a photo to mark a service job as completed. Guarantees technician presence at client sites in Kovilpatti.

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION

Device Android ID Hardware Lock

Retrieved during authentication and bound to the server employee profile. Restricts logins solely to provisioned corporate mobile handsets.

Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID

Camera & Gallery Service Proof

Captures and attaches verification photographs when finalizing water purifier installation, filter replacements, or servicing tickets.

CAMERA / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES

Bluetooth Access Thermal Printer

Used solely to locate, link to, and transmit ESC/POS physical invoices and receipts using portable Bluetooth thermal mobile printers.

3. Secure Communication

All data exchanged between the My Global mobile app and our servers is transmitted over encrypted channels using secure HTTPS (SSL/TLS) protocols to prevent interception or tampering. We enforce restricted network security configurations to ensure insecure cleartext (HTTP) traffic to production servers is denied.

Private Company Server

Corporate firewall storage managed exclusively for Global Technologgy.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal or device data with third parties. All collected logs, location markers, and device records are stored securely on private company servers managed by Global Technology for compliance, verification, and audit purposes.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

Since your login credentials and profile are managed directly by corporate administrators, individual users cannot delete accounts directly within the app. To request account deactivation, profile deletion, or removal of historical records, please contact your designated Global Technology Administrator directly.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this enterprise privacy policy periodically to align with security standards and operational requirements. Technicians will be notified of major changes through internal channels.
